PHELPS COUNTY, MO (KMOX) - The Phelps County Sheriff's Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Arabella Del Rosario is 14, she is a Pacific Islander, with dark hair, brown eyes, 5'6" tall and 110 pounds.
She was last seen on foot in the area of County Road 3410 Sunday evening at 5:30. Arabella was wearing a grey shirt and black sweatpants.
