ST. LOUIS - Last month, KMOX talked to 'Sensible Missouri', a group that is starting the initiative process to amend the Missouri constitution when it comes to gun laws.

"Our focus is not about gun ownership, our initiative is not about possessing guns, or the right of any individual to defend himself or herself or themselves with a weapon," says former St Louis Circuit Judge Jimmie Edwards, "those matters have already been resolved. They've been resolved by the United States Supreme Court and the Second Amendment."

However, a former St. Louis County executive candidate is pushing back on the efforts by the group, filing a lawsuit to challenge the group efforts.

Paul Berry III joined Total Information A.M. to discuss his lawsuit and his efforts to counter 'Sensible Missouri' efforts.
