St. Louis (KMOX) - The Supreme Court of the United States is refusing to hear the case of Missouri's "heartbeat" abortion law.
The case now goes back to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. The lower court blocked the 2019 law in June, but then decided for a review last month with all 11 Circuit judges.
