GASCONADE COUNTY, MO (KMOX) - Thirty Six people have been injured following an accident on Highway 100, west of Herman.
This happened before 11:00 this (Saturday) morning after a commercial passenger vehicle was found off the roadway in the woods.
According to the Emissourian, the vehicle was a shuttle trolley, heading West on Highway 100, when it over-corrected and drove off the road.
A mass casualty incident was activated to bring in more resources to assist crews with injuries. People had to be extricated from the vehicle.
Ten ambulances were dispatched to the scene, one ARCH helicopter, and at least five other ambulance agencies . The victims are said to have varying degrees of injuries . No names are being released.
