A railway worker in India was praised after saving a man who was dangerously hanging on the outside of a moving train.
Security footage from a station in Mumbai shows a passenger struggling out the window of a moving train before he is helped back to safety.
The clip, shared by Western Railway in a Facebook post, shows Railway Protection Force Constable Anand Singh rush over to the flailing man and push him securely inside the car.

“Life saving act by RPF staff!” read the post’s caption. “RPF Constable Sh Anand Singh saved life of a passenger who was hanging dangerously at the gate of moving BDTS-Gorakhpur Spl at Borivali station to catch the running train, by quickly supporting & pushing him inside.”
The courageous act was cheered on by Facebook users in the comments.
“Thankyou for saving that man! You deserve appreciation sir!” one person wrote.
“Act of bravery.respect the men in uniform. Must be appreciated by Indian railways,” wrote another.
“good work of RPF police staff 👏 💐,” said one man. “Salute RPF 🇮🇳”
