The National Weather Service says St. Louis region could see dangerous cold with wind chills as low as 35 below zero to start the day. By Friday afternoon and evening, those wind chills will dip to as low as 25 below.
The Weather Service warns those dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
