KMOX's Michael Calhoun visits with Dustin Allison, CEO of Arch to Park Equity Fund. That group has purchased the Kiener Plaza parking garages along Chestnut Street in downtown St Louis. Allison says they plan to evaluate both garages and want to invest to return retail to that 2 block segment between 7th and Broadway.
