Shalonda Webb: STL County budget issues 'didn't happen overnight, it can be resolved overnight'

St Louis County Councilwoman Shalonda Webb is the chair of the budget committee for the county. She joins Megan Lynch following County Exec Sam Page's recent budget proposal which calls for drastic cuts and dips into reserve funds. 'We're going to be the adults in this conversation,' says Webb about making decisions on cuts in the budget and the possibility of another use tax presented to voters. She says the county has been working for, 'two years, tightening our belts.'
