St. Louis Police enforce youth curfew, bust street takeover over 4th of July holiday

St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson Mitch McCoy joins Megan Lynch. This was the 1st weekend of a summer-long teen curfew for downtown and downtown west. How did the enforcement go? What is the difference between a teen takeover and a street takeover. McCoy explains that there were plans for a street takeover that they were able to break up.
