Chef and Union, MO native Trenton Garvey joins Chris and Amy in-studio. He leads the Culinary Team at The Blue Duck in Maplewood. His career got started making fried chicken and 'romanticizing KFC,' jokes Garvey. He took that interest in cooking to culinary school, eventually making his way to Gordan Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. Garvey speaks on his experience with Gordon Ramsay, and says his fiery demeanor is really him just 'pushing you for perfection.' Garvey will be a featured cooking demonstration at the Missouri Book Festival in Washington, MO on April 18th.
