Supreme Court hears case on cell-phone location privacy

CBS Tech Contributor Ian Sherr explains a case that has made it all the way to the Supreme Court about location data. Should that information be able to be used by law enforcement when tracking a potential suspect? Sherr notes that the argument that phone companies made was that people can 'opt out' by turning off that feature on the phone. Some justices were skeptical.
