A garage fire spread to a home in Eastborough. It happened just after 4:00 p.m. Monday afternoon on Linwood Blvd.
No one was home at the time, but firefighters at a nearby station saw the smoke and went to investigate. They found flames comeing from the side of the home.
The fire damaged a car befre spreading inside the home. A damage estimate and cause of the fire are being investigated.
