Kansas Senate President Susan  Wagle tells KNSS News the Department of Labor's employment system is "absolutely broken". Thousands of Kansans are frustrated ... unable to file claims on their computers ... or contact anyone on the phone ... during the pandemic. Wagle says even she can't get in. She says the state spent $47 million on a computer upgrade between 2002 and 2008 at the KDOL.

Wagle says she has heard the system is working today (Thursday). Susan Wagle commented during the Steve and Ted in the Morning Show on KNSS.
