Wichita's medical facilities are at their limits ... taking care of COVID 19 patients. Sedgwick County Commission Chair Pete Meitzner tells KNSS News this is becoming a regional problem. He says 12 counties surrounding Sedgwick County account for about a third of the patients in Wichita hospitals. He says people from counties that are not taking measures to fight the pandemic are coming into Wichita constantly. He says we need to take a regional approach to the pandemic.
