The following repairs are scheduled for the Wichita area.
- Repairs on SB & NB I-235 from N. Broadway through the North Jct. to Hydraulic on K-254
For work on the pavement edge, NB I-235 to EB K-254 will be closed, Friday night beginning at 7 pm (until Sunday afternoon). All NB I-235 traffic will exit to SB I-135. NEW
- Bridge repairs on NB I-135, U.S. 54 to 17th St.
On Friday, beginning at 7 pm, the Left & Center lanes will be closed until late Sunday night then the Right lane will be closed until as late as Wednesday 6 am. NEWExpansion joint replacements and pavement patching between US 54 and Central necessitate the closure of Ramps from EB & WB US 54 to NB I-135. Closures begin each Friday at 7 pm and continue until as late as 6 am on Wednesday -- each weekend through Sept. 16 (began July 17). CONTINUING FRI – WED
- Green Project: I-235 from N. Meridian to N. Broadway
Friday beginning at 7 pm, NB I-235 will be reduced to a single lane of traffic (until sometime Saturday afternoon). NEW
