At Tuesday's meeting, the Wichita City Council will see a quarterly and year-end financial report. Mayor Brandon Whipple tells KNSS News it's part of the budget-writing process, and that means identifying spending "priorities".
The council will also begin discussions on what to do with the space that was the Clapp golf course on the south side. Whipple says it's a "clean canvas" and the city is looking for good ideas.
