Police have arrested 57-year-old David Staley of Wichita on a charge of second degree murder.
It happened at approximately 3 a.m. Sunday, at a home in the 2300 block of south Pinecrest. Wichita Police say following a house party, an argument ensued between Staley and his nephew, 34-year-old Ryan Speight, who both live at the home. Staley stabbed Speight who died at the scene. The case will be presented to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's office.
