Authorities in Topeka have announced the identities of a man an woman who died in a suspected murder-suicide of Friday. According to Topeka Police the victim in the shooting is 20-year-old Hannah L. King. The suspect is 21-year-old Connor M. O'Mara.
According to the Shawnee County Sheriff's office an ongoing investigation is concluding a domestic situation escalated into violence inside a residence just south of Topeka. King was shot and killed in the altercation. Responding officers found O'Mara dead at the scene.
