Koch ends Russia glass plant operations

Koch Industries announced Thursday that it has ended a glass business in Russia. Guardian Glass which has two plants in Russia, employing around 600 employees has been sold. Dave Robertson, Koch Industries president and COO, announced the changes in a message to employees.

The business in Russia was sold to Vladimir Alexandrovich Voronin, President of FSK Group, a private enterprise in the construction industry.  The sale was supported by plant employees and complies with all sanctions, laws and regulations.”

In his company message, Robertson also said that Koch continues to condemn Russia’s actions and aggression in Ukraine.
