A judge determined on Friday during a preliminary hearing that there is enough evidence for Keshawn Dawson, 24, to stand trial for murder.
Prosecutors say Dawson had been kicked out of the Enigma Club, last September, but he returned with a handgun, firing several times into the building.
Dawson was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, on Oct. 8th.
He pleaded not guilty to all 9 counts, including first-degree murder, 6 counts of aggravated battery, and 1 count of criminal discharge of a firearm.
A trial date has not yet been set.
