A body was found as Hutchinson firefighters battled a fire in a storage unit. It happened around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning at Store n' Go self-storage at 4th and Bonebreak.
Police and fire crews arrived and found smoke coming from one of eight storage units. They found the body as firefighters began cutting through locks and doors.
Investigators speculate that the person was living in the unit where the fire broke out. The cause of the blaze is under investation.
