Today, Monday June 1st, is the final day for Kansas voters if they want to change their political-party affiliation ahead of the 2026 primary election.
Voters may complete a new registration application at VoteKansas.org to change their party; residents may also submit a paper application to their local county election office.
Unaffiliated voters may affiliate with a party at the polls .. but if you're already affiliated with a party and want to make a change before the primary, you must do so before the close of business on June 1.”
Regardless of one’s party affiliation, all ballots will include a question on how Supreme Court justices are selected in Kansas.
