Rose Hill Police uncover a child's body buried in a backyard Wednesday.
KSN News reports Rose Hill Police Chief Taylor Parlier believes the remains have been buried at the site near Rose Hill Road and Rosewood Street for quite awhile, if not years.
He said police are investigating it as a homicide and have a list of potential suspects.
On Tuesday, around 7:30 p.m., Rose Hill Police received a call of an adult occupant in distress. The adult was transported in serious but stable condition to an area hospital.
While on the scene, police recovered a child's body. An autopsy has been scheduled.
