Dan Dillon is retiring this week, he says for a second time. After retiring from radio 12 years ago, he took a job as media coordinator for the Sedgwick County District Attorney. Now Dan's retiring for a second time. What went into his decision? He says "I still have my health and I decided it's time to hang it up and let somebody else take that position." Dan says Lindsey Stover will be the new media coordinator for the District Attorney's Office and also become assistant to DA Marc Bennett.

Dan grew up on a farm near Omaha, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska, where he studied radio and TV and decided he liked radio better. After working at an all-news station in Omaha, Dan was named News Director at KFDI in Wichita in 1979. He took the job with the DA in 2013.

He says he and wife Carol are planning some travel and a lot of family time.
