What issues are most important to people in south central Kansas? Kansas Congressman Ron Estes tells KNSS News "finding workers to fill jobs" is a big concern. But a bigger issue for folks in the 4th District of the U.S. House is inflation.
The clock is ticking on increasing the federal debt limit, with President Biden and Republicans still apparently far from agreement. Estes says of Biden, "at least he's doing something now", with a meeting with Republicans scheduled for next week.
Estes is concerned about the southern border and "security," with "more terrorists and gang members coming across the border," as well as the powerful drug fentanyl.
