A gas leak in Wichita's Riverside neighborhood forced the evacuation of several homes, and forced the closing of some streets.
It happened around 10:30 a.m. Monday morning near 12th and Amidon. Fire crews took the precautions due to a lack of wind in the area.
Crews from Black Hills Energy were able to stop the leak at around 12:30.
There were no injuries.
