Officials say the grandfather of a Kansas woman charged in a fatal crash, has been arrested for obstruction.

The Saline County Sheriff's Office confirms that Dennis Katzenmeier, 78, the grandfather of Kayla Errebo, 32, was arrested Saturday night, and has since been released on bond.  However, additional details have not yet been released.

Errebo was taken into custody on August, 8, several hours after a fatal head-on collision in Saline County near South Reese Road and K-140 Highway, that claimed the life of Deanna Sommerfeld, 55, of Brookville.  Her husband, Mark Sommerfeld, 61, suffered serious but non-life -threatening injuries.

Errebo's next court date was set for August 22.
