A man who entered a home in Park City without permission was shot and killed.
Park City police received a call at 2:25 a.m. Saturday, getting the report of a shooting in the 1700 block of E. 69th Ct N (east of Hydraulic).
Officers found a victim who'd been shot; the man was hospitalized in critical condition, and later pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as David Pomeroy.
Investigators believe Pomeroy allegedly entered the home without permission and threatened at least one of the people there before he was shot by one of them.
