KBI and Rush County Sheriff’s office conducting death investigation

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) and the Rush County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a homicide investigation into the death of a man from LaCrosse.

Leslie Randa, 61, was found in his home Friday afternoon by a family member who then called 911. The Rush County Sheriff’s Office contacted the KBI for assistance and the Crime Scene Response team responded.

Authorities say Randa’s black 2006 GMC Envoy is missing. It has a Kansas plate: 463 HAE. The front grill guard is chrome in color.
