A 41-year-old man is dead in an apparent hit and run incident.
It happened around 12:45 a.m. Saturday. Wichita Police responded to a call at Kellogg and Tyler and found the man on the eastbound on-ramp to Kellogg Drive from Tyler Road. He had significant injuries to his head and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police believe the man was struck by a vehicle, which fled the area.
