A 21-year-old man who was injured in a motorcycle crash Friday evening in west Wichita died from his injuries early Saturday morning.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says Russell Kendrick Griffith V was westbound on Kellogg and exiting on the ramp to Northbound I-235, when for an unknown reason his motorcycle left the roadway and went into the ditch. Griffith was wearing a helmet.
The KHP says Griffith was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base.
The accident remains under investigation.
