A man that was found unresponsive in a private pool in College Hill has died.
The incident occurred just after 2:30 Saturday afternoon, near E. 2nd Street and Crestway in the east part of Wichita. 911 was called after house guests pulled a 40-year-old man from the bottom of the pool.
Despite the life-saving measures attempted by fire and EMS, the man died at a local hospital. His name has not been released.
Wichita Police said foul play is not suspected.
