The Wichita Fire Department and other first responders are on the scene of a fire and explosion in the southeast part of Wichita where one person has died.
It happened late Thursday morning in the 1600 block of S. Longford Lane, just off of Harry between Rock Road and Webb.
The explosion happened at the Cedarbrooke Apartments property in a carport.
One witness says the garage explosion could be felt blocks away.
