Two people were killed and another suffered serious injuries in a rollover crash late Friday night.
It happened just after 11:10 p.m., in the 5100 block of West Street near 47th Street S. Emergency crews found a vehicle that had left the road and rolled multiple times. The driver, Joseph Perry Davidson, 46, of Wichita, died after he was thrown from the vehicle.
A passenger, Joshua Blick, 48, of Wichita, was also thrown from the vehicle. He died from his injuries at a local hospital.
Another passenger, a 44-year-old Wichita man, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office says the vehicle was driving north on West Street when it left the roadway. Investigators believe that speed and alcohol contributed to the crash.
