A police standoff in west Wichita ended peacefully. Our news partners at KSN News confirmed with Wichita Police the incident started started late Monday. A domestic violence abuse victim showed up at a hospital. A follow-up investigation led police to a home near North Parkdale and West Central.
A suspect in the home barricaded themselves inside, leading to a standoff with officers. The standoff ended around 6 a.m. when the suspect surrendered. The suspect and all officers involved were uninjured.
