Sunday UPDATE: One of the suspects in a murder investigation has been found.

According to Sedgwick County booking reports, Tehya Turner of Haysville was arrested Saturday for intentional and premeditated first degree murder, along with other charges.

Original story: Wichita Police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection to a murder investigation.

Police say Saul Chavez Valenciana, 31, and Tehya Turner, 19, both of Wichita, are connected to the investigation after a body was found in rural Sumner County.

On November 29, Brent Boone, 41 of Wichita, was reported missing under unusual circumstances. He was last seen on November 24, at 9:30 pm at his residence in the 1300 block of N. Pershing. Boone left in a vehicle with Valenciana and Turner and it's believed he was killed inside the vehicle during an altercation.

On November 30, detectives processed evidence at a crime scene in the 9300 block of S. Pattie in Haysville. The next day, an abandoned vehicle was found near 21st and Ridge.

Further investigation led officers to a rural area southwest of Clearwater, one mile west of N. Clearwater Road and 140th Ave N, where a body was found. Wichita Police and the Sumner County Sheriff's Office are working to confirm the body's identity, but at this time, it is believed to be Boone.

Police believe the victim and suspects knew each other. The investigation is in the early stages and police are looking for the public's help to solve it.
