According to the Sedgwick County Fire Chief, more than a million-gallons of water have been dumped on the smoldering remains of a Park City fire, at a recycling business, since it began on Saturday.
They stress that the fire is contained, and the wetting down process keeps it from growing and spreading.
Investigators are still working to determine how the fire began, and are reviewing surveillance videos.
Crews are expected to remain on site for several more days, until the fire is fully out.
