Wichita Police are investigating a road-rage shooting Friday night that injured two teenagers.
The call came in around 11:40 p.m., from the 700 block of west Maywood in south Wichita. When police arrived, they found the two victims inside a vehicle. A 19-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his leg and a 17- year-old boy sustained a gunshot wound to his upper torso area.
Police say the shooting stemmed from a road rage incident in the area of I-235 and Meridian. An eyewitness observed an altercation between the victims and a black sedan. The black sedan fired multiple rounds at the victim's vehicle and fled the area.
No arrests have been made in the case.
