Wichita Police are offering drivers a second chance to take care of traffic warrants or get a driver's license fixed.
Wichita Police Chief Joseph Sullivan says representamen from the courts and the police department will be on hand to help with those warrants and payments. "We're not looking to take people to jail for minor offences," Sullivan said. "People do deserve a second chance," he added.

Second Chance Thursday takes place from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the old downtown library building, 223 S. Main in Wichita.
