It's almost a year since Sedgwick County moved its administrative offices out of the courthouse building on Main Street to the former Bank 4 building at Douglas and Broadway. County Commission Chair Pete Meitzner tells KNSS News the current facility may not be permanent. He says the building department has been authorized to explore opportunities to move to another building, construct a new building, or stay put.
Meitzner says public input will be sought before a final decision will be made, within the next three to six months.
Meitzner commented during his weekly chat with Steve and Ted in the Morning on KNSS.
