Sedgwick County Emergency Communications is opening up its non-emergency phone line for New Year’s. Beginning at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, citizens can call 316-290-1011 to report any complaints or concerns about fireworks, parties, or excessive noise. Any call about a situation posing a threat to life or property will still need to be made to 911.
The non-emergency line will be active through 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025.
