Sheriff's deputies in northeastern Kansas have identified the victim of a fatal shooting over the weekend as 22-year-old Enfinnity Latania Hayes of Fort Riley.

Topeka television station KSNT reports that deputies were called around 8:30 p.m. Sunday to a hospital in Junction City where a person with gunshot wounds had been brought. The Geary County Sheriff's Office says the person later died from their injuries.
The shooting is being investigated as a homicide. The Geary County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Monday that the shooting was believed to have taken place at the Milford State Park.
