A suspect is in custody, connected to the murder of a Hutchinson man. On September 17th, officers were alerted to a body found at Harvey County East Park. They discovered the body of 31-year-old Tyler Ford with fatal gunshot wounds.
Hutchinson Police say a 28-year-old suspect was located and arrested in Denver on suspicion of 2nd Degree Murder. Formal charges are pending after he is extradited back to Kansas.
