Wichita police are investigating a shooting that critically injured a 16-year-old boy from Texas.
At about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a shooting in the 2400 block of N. Market, locating the victim with several gunshot wounds to his upper body. The teenage victim was hospitalized with critical injuries; he is expected to survive.
