Textron Aviation officials say union workers may return to work Wednesday. The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers has ratified a new five-year contract to end the four-week strike. The new agreement includes a 31% overall increase in wages throughout the five-year agreement, $3,000 directable lump sum to use how the member sees fit, and longevity bonuses.
