Two Salina men have been arrested, charged with shooting a man and killing his dog, near an elementry school Monday morning.
Jamie Leos, Jr., and Juan Morales were arrested after police reviewed survalance video showing the men circling the block, then getting out of thier vehicle and shooting at the man and his dog.
A man, 25, is in a Wichita hospital, listed in critical condition, due to that shooting.
