Wichita voters went to the polls on Tuesday to decide a $450 Million school bond. According to election officials, more people voted on election day than in the days leading up to the election.

There were 15,726 voters on Tuesday and 5,373 early voters.  Close to 60% of mail in ballots have been returned.

Any outstanding ballots must be postmarked Tuesday, and need to be delivered to the election office by Friday.

Sedgwick County posted the unofficial results online just after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening.
