On the hottest day of the year, utility crews in Hutchinson are responding to three water main breaks affecting traffic and water service in multiple areas of the city.
Roadway closures include E. 17th Avenue, 9th Avenue, and 8th Avenue & Poplar.
Water service has been disrupted on 17th; 2nd Avenue; George street; and 9th Avenue.
