One person was injured in a south Wichita house fire. It happened around 6:00 p.m. Friday night in the 1500 block of east Boston.
Fire crews found smoke and flames coming from one of the 4-plex units, and found a person suffering from smoke inhalation. That person was transported to an area hospital.
The fire was quickly brought under control, and no additional injuries were reported.
