Two male suspects have been arrested and charged in the 2019 shooting death of Chuck Giles, a Wichita business owner.
36-year-old Benny Delgado and 27-year-old Jesus Deleon, both of Wichita, are each charged with first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and criminal discharge of a firearm.
Giles, who owned Neighbor’s Bar and Grill, died on July 19, 2019, after a shooting outside his home in the northwest part of Wichita.
Investigators believe Giles left his business near 21st & Amidon and arrived home; police said a suspect or suspects approached him, fired several shots, and stole money.
Both suspects are expected to make their first appearances on Tuesday in Sedgwick County District Court.
